HIPAA-compliant secure messaging solution for healthcare
Native iOS/Android and web app that ensures secure communication across the patient care continuum, including in-patient and outpatient caregivers – via mobile text/voice and web messaging.

RapidConnect helps physicians reduce communication barriers and streamline collaboration with other physicians and caregivers.

This improves overall physician and staff efficiency, freeing up time for meaningful patient interaction.

Team: 1 PM (me), 1 Tech Lead, 1 UX/UI Designer, 2 Backend Developers, 3 Frontend Developers (Web/Android/iOS), 2 QA, SME (founder).

The app’s core business logic relies on a set of algorithms to intelligently determine the on-call schedules, cover availability, and escalation protocol across physician facilities to provide immediate access to the appropriate resource to triage patients in typical high-volume hospital networks.
